Virtual Branch Enhancements For You!
Statement Names
Virtual Branch allows you to change your account names on your Virtual Branch site
by giving your account a “Nickname”. A new feature has just been added to change
your account’s name on your statements too. Just log on and go to “Personal
Options” on the left menu. Then choose “Account List” and then
“Details” for the account you choice. Enter the account name you would like to
appear in the “Statement Name” field. It's easy, and the next time you receive
your statement it will be customized with the account names you have chosen!
Account Balance Alerts
Specify a high or low threshold balance for any account, including your checking
account. If the threshold is met, the system sends an Internet email to you. New
transaction alerts allow you to receive e-mail alerts when transactions have occurred on
your account that match the alert criteria you have set up. Select which alerts you want
to receive on the Virtual Branch Home Banking web site. Just log on and go to Personal
Options on the left menu.
